Hi there, and welcome to my page! A little bit of info about me...as you probably guessed, my name is Mandy, I have been in love with the hair industry for 20 plus years, and there is nothing more rewarding than enhancing a woman's beauty.  Being witness to someone seeing how beautiful they are!  As a hair artist, I stay motivated and in-touch with the latest trends and all things hair by participating in all of the continuing education opportunities available to me.   that means traveling to the east coast, west coast, and even across oceans to beautiful destinations like Spain!

Your experience from the moment you schedule your first consult with me all the way through home-styling is of the utmost importance to me. The following information is important to disclose to me if you are receiving one or more chemical service:

~Color history, and the use of medication must be divulged upon consultation.  If you are currently under the aid of an MD it is your responsibility to research if color services are compatible with any prescribed medication.

~These factors may contribute to chemical reactions, and or breakage

  • previously over processed hair. Repeatedly layering dyes, and bleaches

  • taking prescription medicine. Inadvertently alter the bonds of the hair. Methotrexate, sulfa based medications.

  • thermal damage.  Over using hot tools can make hair weakened fragile

  • use of metallic dyes, salts, or minerals.  Box color or use of over mineralized well water, chemicals may cause a negative reaction.

  • permed or relaxed hair.

YOUR APPOINTMENT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME.  IT IS RESERVED ESPECIALLY FOR YOU.  I UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETIMES SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENTS ARE NECESSARY; THEREFORE, I RESPECTFULLY REQUEST AT LEAST 24 HOURS NOTICE FOR CANCELLATIONS.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WHEN YOU FORGET OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHOUT GIVING ENOUGH NOTICE, I MISS THE OPPORTUNITY TO FILL THAT APPOINTMENT TIME, AND CLIENTS ON THE WAITING LIST MISS THE OPPORTUNITY TO RECEIVE SERVICES.  APPOINTMENTS ARE CONFIRMED 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE BECAUSE I KNOW HOW EASY IT IS TO FORGET AN APPOINTMENT YOU BOOKED MONTHS AGO. SINCE THE SERVICES ARE RESERVED FOR YOU PERSONALLy, A CANCELATION FEE WILL APPLY.  A CREDIT CARD MAY BE ASKED TO MAKE FUTURE APPOINTMENTS.

LESS THAN 24 HOUR NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE EQUAL TO 50% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE.

NO SHOW/NO CALL WILL RESULT IN 100% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT.

THE CANCELATION POLICY ALLOWS ME TIME TO INFORM GUESTS ON STANDBY THAT ARE WAITING ON AVAILABILITY. I APPRECIATE THE OPPORTUNITY TO KEEP MY SCHEDULE FULL. THANK YOU FOR VIEWING AND SUPPORTING ME!
